1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptKeeper's website (www.cryptkeeper.rip), wallet application (app.cryptkeeper.rip), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

CryptKeeper is a non-custodial Web3 wallet that allows you to generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets, view balances, send and receive digital assets, interact with decentralized applications, swap tokens, bridge assets across blockchains, and view NFTs. The Services support 19 blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and others.

CryptKeeper is a software tool that facilitates your direct interaction with blockchain networks. We do not operate as a financial institution, exchange, broker, or custodian.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

CryptKeeper is fully non-custodial. This means:

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase, passwords, and private keys.
  • We do not have access to, and cannot recover, your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet password.
  • If you lose your seed phrase, your wallet and all associated assets are permanently unrecoverable.
  • We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction once broadcast.
  • We do not hold, control, or have custody of any of your digital assets at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Securely back up your seed phrase in a safe, offline location.
  • Use a strong, unique password to encrypt your wallet.
  • Not share your seed phrase, private keys, or password with anyone.
  • Verify all transaction details (recipient address, amount, network) before confirming.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations.
  • Not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

5. Risks

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The value of your assets can decrease significantly or become worthless.
  • Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending assets to an incorrect address will result in permanent loss.
  • Smart contract risk: Interactions with DeFi protocols, bridges, and decentralized exchanges carry smart contract risk. Bugs or exploits in third-party contracts may result in loss of funds.
  • Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • Network risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or outages that affect transactions.

6. Third-Party Services

CryptKeeper integrates with third-party services including but not limited to CoinGecko, DeFiLlama, Li.Fi, WalletConnect, Reservoir, Magic Eden, and various blockchain RPC providers. These integrations are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The CryptKeeper name, logo, website design, and application code are the property of CryptKeeper. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTKEEPER AND ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptKeeper and its developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Because CryptKeeper is non-custodial, your wallet and assets remain accessible through your seed phrase with any compatible wallet software, regardless of whether CryptKeeper continues to operate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
